FlaxApps releases Zap Ball 3.2 for iPhone and iPod touch

Gaithersburg, Maryland – FlaxApps today is pleased to announce Zap Ball 3.2, an update to its easy-to-play game for iPhone and iPod touch. Got an iPhone or iTouch? Love a challenge? Looking for a simple addictive game you can play any time? Then this game is for you! The objective is simple. Dodge moving lasers by tapping to move the ball. As you dodge the lasers the lasers move faster and then more lasers appear. You’ve got 3 lives. Think you can get through all the levels?

Zap Ball version 3.2 includes four new themes: Underwater, Outer Space, Candy, and Halloween. To change to a new theme, just go to “Info”, then “Change Theme”. Compete with other players around the world with global high-scores (to access them, go to “Highscores” and click on “global scores”). There is also an Accel Mode (move the ball by moving the iPod). Players can now save your high-scores locally.

Different Items appear on the screen that help you to get further into the game such as an extra life “heart”, that gives you an extra life, a “star” that gives you extra points and a “snow flake” that freezes the lasers for a few seconds allowing you to collect points easily. These extra items appear as you gain more points in your game. Gamers can pause the game by touching the play screen with two fingers. Take it off pause by pressing “resume”.
