
Team Time Tracker (by Moche Apps Limited) is a slick and easy-to-use project management tool for the professional or lay person that captures time and expense information, and much more. If you’re looking for a simple way to accurately track client time and expenses for your freelance, accounting, law, consulting work, etc., or simply want to track any project’s time or expense data, then this app is for you. Team Time Tracker makes it super easy to input time and expense entries with most of this being able to be done from several different locations.
One of the main features that makes this business app really shine is the ability to manage 5 team members with the stock purchase ($4.99), and for an additional in app purchase you can manage unlimited staff. The primary focus of the app is to capture time spent, using either the “Quick Timer” or standard “Timer,” both of which once completed can be converted into “time entries” for adding to projects, tasks, or clients, and this app does that job extremely well. The addition of adding staff to the mix further allows for micro-managing your projects from a time-allocation standpoint. The other entry function that you use in this application is for your expenses. Expenses are added from the “Entries” tab (and again) are easily linked to projects, tasks, clients, and staff. Once you have a project completed, you can filter all your entries by all the categories already mentioned, as well as by a variety of time filters.
The export capabilities within this app are a really nice aspect, offering multiple ways to export your time and expense data separately or together (CSV, PDF, etc). There is also the ability to export your time and expenses to Quickbooks, which is one of the most common bookkeeping software used making this a very relevant app. Team Time Tracker is one of the first iPhone/iPad apps that can be used by a team as a standalone solution without having to use a desktop version. One other feature that I think would make this a super steller app is the inclusion of iCloud sync or DropBox syncing. Team Time Tracker is a great way to manage your individual, team or group projects providing great vision and functionality for easily keeping track of all that important time and expense information.
